Free and open to all, the NIAB Cambridge Open Day offers expert independent advice and research on variety choice, plant breeding, crop agronomy, plant protection, soils and cultivations with a mix of seminars, exhibits and field and glasshouse demonstrations.
This year the focus is on innovation, demonstrating the impact of technology on crop management including the use of modelling tools, big data, crowd-sourcing and precision farming techniques, boosting farm productivity and gross margins.
